RN Henry Arnold of Broughton of 43. for an ache in his legs from his thigh to his all ever since mikelmas. the first of may h. 6. ant m. 1599. about his hucbone & back a great ache a Carpent^r

RN George Ashby of Newport 22 yeres a servant a poer fellowe y^t had his legs broken w^th a peare of harrowes & was wonte to run & now is dryed vp hathe bene sicke for this 5 weekes. h. 2 p m Sept. 12. die ☿.

RN Fraincis Atkins of Woulson Robarts Dudlyes man 22 y. taken lame in his arme & was before in left lege & anckles Decēb.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.
